Please join me and Senior Urban Conservationist for the East Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District for a presentation about how to identify & eradicate invasive species in Portland. Eliminating the tree of heaven (hell!) is of particular importance, as it is extremely harmful to building structures and native flora and fauna. Learn all about its evil ways and how to get rid of it for good during this class. It will also be *1 continuing education credit hour* for all you realtors out there who want to learn more about this awful tree.

Pizza (vegetarian and vegan options) will be provided by the lovely Danielle Carpenter, Eric Wilkerson, and Kimberly Allen at First American Title Company! They’re my go-to for all escrow and title needs :)

Welcome to my first monthly cookbook club! I hope to provide a space to experiment with baking and cooking and have fun while doing it. Each month I will pick out a cookbook and hope to try several recipes out of it. You cook and bring one dish to share and we will try a little bit of everything. The event (for now) will be hosted at my house, so please like pets including dogs. The first cookbook is CDMX by Rosa Cienfuegos. Please purchase it from either Powell’s or Vivienne Culinary Books (shop local!) or ask to borrow my copy.

I will be making assorted breakfast treats that you can eat while I explain the home buying process in detail, with some tips and tricks as to how to get a “deal” in this market and preparing yourself for home ownership.
