Goodfriend
Originally from Hawaii and later the East Coast, I went to undergrad at Virginia Tech before traveling to Eugene, OR for graduate school where I got my master’s degree in sociology. I began working in real estate in 2020, a year after buying my first home. Real estate has always intrigued me by allowing me to take a peek into how other people lived and how they create spaces that work for them. Personally, I wanted to find a place with the perfect mix of good bones and room to grow. My house was filled with potential but needed help to get there! After hiring an interior designer to help me with the process I realized how important it is to have a guide before, during, and after a project like this. Now, I feel comfortable helping people find their dream homes, or homes they can turn INTO their dream homes.
Fun fact:
I am a professionally trained pastry cook and worked at Nopa in San Francisco and Ava Gene’s in Portland. My favorite dessert is cake! I also have a large menagerie of pets, including 5 cats and 3 dogs.
It all began with a vision.
When shopping for my own home, I was looking for a place that had potential. Even with a limited budget, it’s possible to completely transform a space and turn it into something out of a magazine— it just takes a little vision.
After finding my house in 2019, I sought to turn it into a home. For 8 months, I went through the ups and downs of renovations and gained valuable insights into the process that I want to pass down to you!
