My Mentality
I got my start as a buyer’s agent over four years ago and while trying to sell my own home, I gained valuable insight into what works and what doesn’t during that very different process. Your home is so deeply personal and it needs someone who’s going to take a personal approach to your home sale. Your home is your long term piggy-bank so I believe my job is to help you make as much money as possible in the most ethical way possible. In most cases, as a seller are also going to be a buyer again in the future and you should be piggy-banking your karma too.
Prep
Let’s chat about strategy. To prepare your house for market we will do some light sprucing and give you recommendations about what to fix before we go live! Prepare to have your house professionally cleaned and photographed.
Get Away
When your house is officially on the market, the only thing I will need you to do is go away. Spend some time out of the house so we can maximize showing times without bothering you. I will host open houses, generate buzz online, field agent calls, and get you multiple strong offers to compare.
On To Closing
Once we pick an offer, I will advise you regarding buyer’s repairs, your net to close, and keep you on track of all timelines. We can plan next steps and you can focus on packing and moving!
